TRANSPAC / LIVE  / BASED IN ....
Very little information circulates about Transpac, as the project deliberately maintains a certain level of anonymity around its identity. Through tracks with evocative titles such as Minitel, Telecommunication, Infobahn, Radiocom, and X25, Transpac appears to draw inspiration from the major technological developments and communication networks of the 1970s and 1980s.
Over the past few years, Transpac has released seven EPs on labels such as Curtis Electronics, Distrito 91, and Electro-records. Blending old-school electro, techno, and ambient music, the project builds a sonic universe made of analog synthesizers, artificial voices, and digital textures, evoking the early days of networked computing.
Its aesthetic belongs to the tradition of futuristic European electro and electronic experimentation, inspired by machines and human-computer communication.
